When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture via our authentication provider (Clerk). When you make a purchase, payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

We also collect usage data including the prompts you submit, music you generate, and general analytics to improve our service.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Musigation service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates)
• Improve our AI music generation quality
• Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Convex (database) and Clerk (authentication). All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. We retain your generated music and project data for as long as your account is active.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Convex — Database and backend infrastructure
• Stripe — Payment processing
• ElevenLabs — AI music generation
• Vercel — Hosting and deployment

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@musigation.com. You can delete your account and all associated data from your account settings.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
